If you have never been to the Beyond Biohacking Conference before, you are probably picturing three days of sitting in a big room listening to speakers. And yes, the speakers are incredible. But there is a whole other dimension to this conference that goes beyond sitting and listening, and it is the part that people talk about on the way home. We call them Hacktivations

What Hacktivations Are…

Think breathworksound healingneurofeedbackguided meditation. Sessions where you are not watching someone talk about biohacking, you are actually experiencing what it can do in your body in real time. They are included in the conference and open to everyone, no experience required.

Why Beyond Built Them

You can watch a breathwork video a million times. You can read about sound healing, neurofeedback, and meditation until you know exactly how they work. But doing them is a completely different thing. There is something that happens when you actually experience something in your body that no amount of research can replicate. And there is something extra that happens when you do it in a room full of people who are all in it with you. Community learning is powerful in a way that solo practice just is not. A room that holds this kind of energy gives you something you cannot get on your own.

“You can watch a breathwork video a million times. But doing it is a completely different thing.”

This Year’s Sessions

Here is what is confirmed so far.

Jason Nemer has four sessions across the three days covering bone density training through partner resistance, breathwork and partnered movement, AcroYoga, and inversions for brain health. Each one uses human connection as the primary tool, meaning your partner, or in some cases the person next to you, is the technology. You do not need any prior experience for any of them.

Tyler Watson brings three sessions worth showing up for. Food Allergies Are Addictions in Disguise asks you to bring food you want to stop reacting to, and Tyler works with you live in the session to break that pattern. Healing Crisis goes deeper, walking through a live cellular process to resolve what is sitting underneath a healing response. And in Discover Which Parts of Your Body Are the Keys to Finding and Sustaining Real Love, he works directly with the parts of your body that have been guarded or shut down and shows you where lasting connections lives.

Diahan Southard presents The DNA Upgrade, a session on inherited traits and epigenetic awareness that shows you what your genes are actually telling you and what you can do about it.

Sound Baths with Cymatica and Tania de Jong are the perfect way to slow everything down for 45 minutes. Live instrumentation, expert facilitation, and a room full of people giving themselves permission to fully decompress.

JumpSport Trampolines brings cardio, strength, and recovery-focused sessions. It is pure fun and great for your lymphatic system.

Brent Bruning leads Touch: The Power in Your Hands. He has analyzed nearly half a million hands and uses fingerprint and hand shape analysis to reveal your natural energy reserves and areas of high voltage.

Salim Najjar leads The A.R.T. of the Heart Workshop, an HRV reset activation that takes you on an immersive journey into your nervous system using HRV as a real-time communication tool. He closes with a guided somatic reset using his Awareness, Regulation, Transformation framework.

Phoenix White is leading SUPERHUMAN, a 45-minute immersive activation experience that pushes you beyond ordinary performance and into a deeper layer of what you are actually capable of, focused entirely on experiencing rather than learning.

Fleet Maull leads Biohack Your Nervous System for Elite Performance and Unshakeable Confidence, drawing on his Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness (NSM) method — a deeply embodied, neuroscience and trauma-informed approach to meditation he developed over five decades of practice. This session works directly with your body’s deepest systems to shift your nervous system state in real time.

Phil Daru brings Train Like a Champion: Functional Movement & Elite Performance. World-renowned strength and conditioning coach Phil Daru, trainer of UFC champions Dustin Poirier, Joanna Jędrzejczyk, and dozens of elite athletes, delivers an intense, purposeful Hacktivation focused on functional movement patterns you can use immediately to train like the best in the world.

Pavel Aeon has three sessions across the conference, each one a different entry point into his System Reset™ method: a fusion of breathwork, movement, meditation, and biohacking designed to rapidly shift you out of stress and into coherence. Whether you show up for Nervous System Foundations and Regulation, the Express System Reset, or Wake Up and Dance with XTC: Getting Ecstatic, you will leave in a different state than you arrived in.

Patrick Lerouge leads Freedom Mastery: The Biological Hardware Reset (Shake & Shift). It’s a hands-on session that manually discharges the trapped fight-or-flight tension keeping your nervous system on overdrive. Patrick starts with a full Body Reset to clear your physical hardware, then uses the Shake & Shift experience to rewrite the mental patterns that are quietly draining your performance.

Brandy Gillmore presents Experience the Power of Your Mind: The Overlooked Key to Healing & Transformation. If you’ve heard about the power of the mind but never actually felt it shift something in your body, this is the session to find out what that means firsthand. Brandy is a TEDx speaker and author whose work sits at the intersection of neuroscience and self-healing.

Dr. Jonathan Mendoza, known online as Nurse Doza, leads Natural Ways to Boost Your Neurotransmitters. Your brain’s chemistry is more within your control than you think. In this hands-on session, Dr. Jonathan breaks down the science of neurotransmitters and shares practical, natural protocols you can start using the same day to sharpen focus, stabilize mood, and elevate performance.

Who These Sessions Are For

Everyone. But let’s be specific. If you have never tried breathwork or sound healing in a guided setting, the Beyond Biohacking  Conference is one of the best places to do it for the first time. The facilitators are exceptional and the room is full of people who are curious and open. You will find it easier to drop into than you expect. If you already have a practice at home, doing it with an expert guiding a room full of people who are all in it together takes you somewhere you just cannot get to on your own. And if you are a skeptic, you do not have to believe in anything.

How They Work

The full agenda is now live at beyondconference.com/agenda. Spots are filling up fast and some sessions are already sold out. Head to the agenda, click on Type, and filter to Experiential Hacktivation to see everything that is available. Pick the ones that call to you and claim your seat before they are gone.

Which Ones to Prioritize

Honestly, just show up to one and see what happens. People wander into these sessions by accident. They slip into the back of a room they were just walking past, not really planning to stay, and end up sobbing. Not in a bad way. In the way that happens when your body finally lets go of something it has been carrying for years without you even knowing. Nobody comes in expecting that. But it happens all the time.

That is what these sessions do when you give them a chance. If you only have time for one, pick the one that makes you the most uncomfortableor even the most curious, and start there. That is usually the right answer.

You will probably also make friends in these sessions. There is a bonding that happens when you do something vulnerable or new with a room full of people, and those connections tend to last well beyond the conference.

Hacktivations are the part of Beyond Biohacking that you cannot replicate anywhere else. Grab your ticket at https://beyondconference.com/
