A confident group of women at the conference, engaged and mid-conversation

If you have ever been to a health conference where the women’s content was one panel tucked into the corner of the schedule, Beyond is going to feel different. This year the programming covering female biology, hormones, performance, and longevity runs across the Main Stage, the breakout rooms, the CME track, and the Business of Biohacking track.

Some of the most interesting scientists, physicians, and thinkers in this space happen to be women, and a lot of them are coming to Beyond in May.

The Lead Speakers

Dr. Gabrielle Lyon is the physician behind Muscle-Centric Medicine, an approach that puts skeletal muscle at the center of longevity, metabolic health, and disease prevention. Her New York Times bestselling book Forever Strong brought this science to a mainstream audience, and her work is especially powerful for women who want to age on their own terms, whether they are navigating perimenopause, rebuilding after a health setback, or just playing the long game. Her session gives you a science-backed, actionable case for why building and protecting muscle is one of the highest-return investments a woman can make.

Dr. Stephanie Venn-Watson is a veterinary epidemiologist and the scientist behind one of the most surprising longevity discoveries in decades. While studying the healthiest aging Navy dolphins, she identified C15:0, an essential fatty acid, and has since built the science around how it supports cellular health, metabolic function, and the biology of aging. Her research gives everyone a new and precise lens on what longevity nutrition actually requires at the cellular level.

Dr. Jessica Peatross is a former board-certified internal medicine physician who left conventional medicine to go deeper on the root causes of chronic illness, including stealth infections, toxins, trauma, and hormonal imbalance. She built her KILL•BIND•SWEAT detox protocol and her platform WellnessPlus because she knew there was a better way to help people heal, and thousands of women have gotten their health back because of it. If a doctor has ever told you that your labs look fine while you’re still feeling awful, Dr. Jess is exactly who you want in the room.

Kasia Urbaniak is the newest addition to the Main Stage and her talk will blow you away in the best way possible. She has spent decades studying power dynamics and training women to fully own their authority, their voice, and their influence. Her TEDx talk on reclaiming power drew over 10,000 people, and at Beyond she will explore how women can walk through a world on fire without burning out. Her session sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and lived experience, and there is genuinely nothing else like it on the lineup.

He Said / She Said Hormone Panel

One of the most distinctive sessions at the conference is the He Said / She Said hormone panel, where Dave Asprey will moderate a dual-perspective conversation between Dr. Jess Peatross and Dr. Tracy Gapin. Each brings the science of hormonal health from their own biological vantage point, and the result is a more complete picture than a single-perspective session can offer. This session will help you understand how hormonal optimization works differently for women than it does for men.Starting with the testing. The Viome Full Body Intelligence Test ($399 value) arrives before the conference as an at-home kit. You collect three samples: blood, saliva, and stool. A few weeks later you receive a comprehensive picture of your gut microbiome, immune system, cellular health, metabolic function, and biological age, along with personalized food recommendations across 500-plus foods with explanations for why each one helps or hurts your specific biology. The AXO Comprehensive Health Membership ($299 value) layers on top of that with a full-year membership, 100-plus biomarker blood panel, and a personalized health blueprint built around your results and your wearable data. When you take these two together, you get a level of self-knowledge that most people spend thousands trying to piece together from separate providers.

Women’s Health Breakout Panel

The Women’s Health Breakout Panel brings Dr. Ann Shippy, Dr. Anna Cabeca, and Cheryl Sew Hoy together for a dedicated conversation on biohacking strategies specific to women, hormonal balance, and personalized wellness. Female biology is the entire point of this session, and these three bring the depth to match. Show up with your questions ready.

The Broader Topic Landscape

Beyond those sessions, the conference programming spans a wide range of women-specific topics across all three days, including sexual health, relationships, peptides, somatic release, neurotransmitters, genomics, and purpose and fulfillment. These topics run through all three days. Come hungry for knowledge.

The Supplementation Panel

Dave Asprey is going to moderate a supplementation panel with Dr. Stephanie Venn-Watson, Dr. Christopher Shade, and Dr. Ted Achacoso, focused entirely on sex-specific supplementation. Biological differences between men and women shape what your body actually needs from a supplement protocol, and this panel gets into the science of exactly that. If you have ever followed a protocol designed with men in mind and wondered why it was not working, this session will tell you why and what to do instead.

For Practitioners and Founders

For healthcare professionals on the list, the CME track includes Dr. Elizabeth Yurth on longevity and Dr. Sharon Hausman-Cohen on genomics and Blue Zone research. And on the business side, Nichol Bradford, co-founder of a human potential venture fund and a veteran executive of Epic Games, Activision-Blizzard, and Disney, joins Dave Asprey and Sergey Young on the investment panel in the Business of Biohacking Track.

If you are coming solo, there is also a speed networking event for single attendees. The kind of guy who shows up to a biohacking conference is already your kind of guy, so who knows what happens.

You are going to leave Beyond feeling powerful, with a sharper understanding of your hormones, a clearer picture of what your body actually needs, and tools you can use as soon as you get home. You might also leave with a new best friend, a business partner, or someone worth giving your number to.
